Alice Danielle Grace is a normal name. I like it. 10. Autumn Italia Rose is a little flourished. If u like flourished names, then it's good for you. But I think it's too fancy. The third name is not a good choice since from experience I discovered that the simpler the better. When subs can't say ur name, people at my school laugh. A year after losing my first love, still feeling a lot of pain?

Sorry if this is gonna end up being a long read. I lead a good, satisfying life -- I'm athletic, generally happy, knowledgeable, friendly, musical, energetic, with a ton of friends and a great family. I'm on track to be my class valedictorian; I can really pick whatever college I want to go to. You'd think most people would scoff at me for being unhappy sometimes, with what I have, right? Well I'm in this emotional whirlpool because of my first love. She's an amazing girl and she left me a year ago because I wasn't as good a boyfriend as I should have been, saying the wrong things at the wrong times, pressuring her sexually (but never EVER like forcibly), stuff along those lines. She "stopped seeing the guy she saw in me when we had met." I was in love with her to death, but I had subconsciously taken her for granted, I guess, cuz I thought she loved me too much to leave. My actions reflected that arrogance and she was right to leave. It's what I would do if I were her. So I'm aware that two people have to make a relationship work, but I basically screwed up and she left. That was a terribly depressing wakeup call which made me learn a lot. Now a changed man with some experience, I look at her awesome current boyfriend as what I could have been, which makes me feel like I should have been better. Self-esteem crap - it's funny and ironic that self-esteem with girls is what's weighing me down, me being a pretty confident person in general. Other girls attract me, but I go through this emotional seesaw where, on one side, I want to explore possible relationships with other people, and on the other side, my first love has such an amazing personality and did pretty much nothing wrong that I want to try for her because she's worth it. I do a lot of activities, exercise, and I spend a lot of time with my best friends, which people say to do when dealing with a breakup, but that stuff only temporarily takes my mind off her -- maybe a couple of hours later, I'm on the other side of the seesaw, missing her terribly. Something in me wants to prove myself, to resolve what I did wrong with her, and that's why other girls don't really appeal as much to me in a relationship perspective as she does. My head says I should move on but my heart tells me to go for her because she's someone who has made me so happy in my life and who is so rare and precious. Not sure why you think "horrifically bad" but I got the picture. The purpose of telling a story, be it fiction or non, is to communicate a thought or idea. I thought it was very descriptive of the details and created a scenario I could see in my head and almost experience with my senses. You gave enough detail but did not overdue it to the extent of boredom. When people read fiction they want the experience of feeling like they are there. Just keep finding descriptions of detail that triggers the readers senses. Like right now I am thinking of chocolate! I can see it, smell it and taste it though I have not even bought it yet:) Just keep in mind it is easier to make the reader experience something they have actually experienced. When it comes to something less common, pay special attention to the key details to make it come alive. Your little excerpt here scores an A+ in my book!!

I would loveeee to be a medical examiner, but the schooling is 14+ years and I think it'd be really hard to maintain everything with schooling/grades/etc. I'm worried i'd get a year into it and possibly change my mind? :/ that'd be a huge waste of money (i'd be paying for college myself btw) and I definitely don't want a $200,000 bill stressing me out for years til its paid off. well, when they ask just say ok. quick and easy and don't think about anything besides saying those words. From the time to the date, don't bother to think about it which helps you feel confidence. When the date come, just go instead of trying so hard to prepare. Just think, "I don't care. I just want to go out and see what's out there!" Also, to help with building confidence is a process and requires methods. What you can do is to talk to people who you meet at a grocery, public places...It helps tremendously.

Learning German, then going to school there?

My Oma lives in Mainz, Germany, and when I graduate from high school in December I'm going to live with her for four months to improve my German, then I'm coming back to the states. I'm either going to go to school here in the states, or I am going to spend a year in Germany living in Mainz and taking classes at the Goethe Institute preparing me to pass the DaF so that I can attend school at one of the universities. My goal is to be able to obtain a work visa after school and stay in Germany if it works out. My question is, do you think it's possible that I can reach enough fluency in German to attend a university there? I've taken 4.5 years of high school German, my dad is a fluent German speaker and is currently only speaking to me auf Deutsch. I would love to be in Germany for school; this is only a dilemma because if I choose to spend that year in Germany to learn the language, if I haven't reached enough fluency and decide I can't attend a university there I might not be able to start school in the states until I'm 21. I don't know what that would mean for ACT scores and etc, but basically I'm choosing one or the other. Yes I've thought about studying abroad. The schools that I'm applying to in the states for my major do not offer good study abroad programs, the longest period of time I can participate is up to a year. So. It's one or the other for me, I don't want to ruin my education to switch countries, but this is an opportunity that is more available to me than other people and I'm not sure about due to the circumstances. The other books have illustrated drawings to label what they called the legs instead, and the Bible does not. With out a clear cut idea as to what they were referring to, it is hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. Personally, I take it that either they were unable to count based on hunger or injury to the critter in question. Face it, if you hunt down a grasshopper, pulling a leg off here and there can and will happen. You also tend to miscount when hungry, it make it harder to pay attention.

I feel like a loser!!!?

I am 26, and still jobless, was horribly bad in academics but still managed to get a degree correspondingly at the age of 25. i wanted to be a musician and i was good at it when i was a kid but later study pressure took over my music skills. I always feel people think the worst of me, because I have always been treated as an outsider all my life (I'm a foreigner). Growing up, I used to think everyone was sweet and good hearted, because we are all made in the image of God, but then bullying, backstabbing, ridicule, and scorned by the masses has made me feel extremely resentful towards everyone, and I can't help but conform to these expressions of hate. Why can't I wake up in time? How to solve it?

This is a problem with many people regarding not being able to get up in the morning. I had this problem too. I work two jobs and go to school also. I was afraid of not being able to get up in the morning. Then I got an app on my phone called gentle alarm. This alarm sets off a soft alarm 30 minutes before it is time to get up. If you can hear it at 20% of the regular alarm, then you can get up early, if not the alarm will go off at the regular time. Your body has a cycle every 30 minutes of being in deep sleep, then light sleep for 30 minutes. You want to wake up in light sleep mode if possible, then you will be able to wake up and feel refreshed, not tired. Also, you can take a nap during the day, but wake up before you go into deep sleep. This has helped me to accomplish more, and I hope this helps you. Also, you need more sleep between 14-22 yrs old. Do not feel bad if you sleep more than others. I make up for my sleep by sleeping longer one day a week, but try to wake up the same time otherwise. Try to do all your homework when you are the most alert even when this differs than anyone else. Then, when you are awake before your mom, she will be amazed.

My English 2010 teacher has a lot of rules for us when it comes to writing. He will only give out good grades to a paper if it's done in a style that holds his attention.
