Why do these tourists from the U.S. so much arrogance and rudeness?

That is why I get off the plane in Cancun and get away from there as fast as possible, I am here to see Mexico not be around a bunch of fading generations that think if you talk louder and slower Mexicans will understand you better. When I was in Playa Del Carmen nobody told me to speak the language if I am going to be there. I was embarrassed that I did not know much Spanish and I thank them for allowing me to see their land. We have a generations problem in the US that is what I am noticing.
