What do you think can cause a person to not be warm hearted?

some people aren't shown or given any compassion growing up, so as adults they lack in that area. Some people are just selfish, etc. My advice is to leave this person alone, they will not bring any happiness to your life, and you're not a psychiatrist so y waist your time trying to fix someone who isn't concerned with fixing himself.
