Being that I have not enough money, how do I pay for art school ?

I would like to go to SCAD, Art Institutes-dallas or atlanta, or full sail. How can I pay to go to an art school if I don't get a scholarship and not enough money myself ? And then I would need room and board, meal plan, books, etc.
