Does it show the arrogance in Republicans that they think they know better than the American people?

Polls mean little and can be made to say what one wants to say by the questions. Those in Congress have the facts and we do not. Until you stop putting all these same people, in both parties, back into office nothing will ever change. It is the voters fault that we are a mess as well as our legislators. Peace
