Poem: The Monsters Within Us - Comments/Critiques?

I don't know but this rather looks to me more of a short essay than a poem that tells of all the evils, craziness, mischief and ultimately the monstrous side of our being. And how some of us are trying there best to control the beast within himself/herself and be blessed enough to realize that somewhere within us there is a good and bad side and everyday is a struggle for which side we will be "the good" or "the evil".
