Is rayat and bahra institute of engg. and tech. good in terms of b.tech in ECE and placement?

i have got 71% in 12th (CBSE). i want to apply in rayant and bahra institute. therefore i want to know some detalis about it. Is it a good place for b.tech. if not PLZ suggest me any other good university/college to do b.tech in ECE.
