Whats the right option after B.E. (EIE)..a training , like PLC or SCADA.?? SOmeone pls guide me,any inst.?

is it good to go for a training in any institutes for scada or plc(if so, pls let me know about names of good institutes in kerala or any other place? i don't wanna go for software companies. or help me with getting a training from any good companies ......am desperately in need of help....thanx :)
