Why can't I wake up in time? How to solve it?

This is a problem with many people regarding not being able to get up in the morning. I had this problem too. I work two jobs and go to school also. I was afraid of not being able to get up in the morning. Then I got an app on my phone called gentle alarm. This alarm sets off a soft alarm 30 minutes before it is time to get up. If you can hear it at 20% of the regular alarm, then you can get up early, if not the alarm will go off at the regular time. Your body has a cycle every 30 minutes of being in deep sleep, then light sleep for 30 minutes. You want to wake up in light sleep mode if possible, then you will be able to wake up and feel refreshed, not tired. Also, you can take a nap during the day, but wake up before you go into deep sleep. This has helped me to accomplish more, and I hope this helps you. Also, you need more sleep between 14-22 yrs old. Do not feel bad if you sleep more than others. I make up for my sleep by sleeping longer one day a week, but try to wake up the same time otherwise. Try to do all your homework when you are the most alert even when this differs than anyone else. Then, when you are awake before your mom, she will be amazed.
