My fiance is in merchant navy i want to go with him as i cant live alone is it possible?

he is in scinicariello institute yes he is a cadet right now he will complete his 1year this aug and yes we are not getting married right now we have almost 4 years or more than that so after that we will INSHALLAH get married will he be able to take me with him as he is my life....please do help me out please and please donot give any bad news .....
