What do I do about her arrogance and being so less sensible ?!? ?!? ?

My gf is really good in everything a guy expects from his gf. I mean caring,loving,sacrificing..and so on. I am in damnly love with her. We both think permanent relationship.Now here's the issue.Since the beginning of our relationship she has been arrogant. I let her go at first, but as days passed we became very close.Now I tell her directly the things i hate about her. My two friends suggested me that we are different and it won't work out in the future.They are right cuz we are different. She is so luxury loving, arrogant and if she starts to hate someone, she hates the person like hell !! She says that she will do anything for me and cries every time I get serious saying it will not work out. So she has to do the things reluctantly for my sake.That is why i even told her that people do not change and those run in her blood. I don't wanna force anyone to change themselves. Moreover, she acts weird ! She uses a hand sanitizer every time some thing like pen falls on the ground. She stays away from the the curtains even if there is a bit dust!! She has enmity with most of the people in school, just because of her arrogance!! She doesn't appreciate the less capable people...But I never wanted my gf to be like this !! I am totally different and i can cope up with varoius people unlike her !! oh ..she doesn't even like walking ...using car 24/7 -______-". What do i do now ?? Is it some thing to think about now for the future ?? Or is negligible compared to her love ?? Cuz she truly loves me!! :/ i don not wany people call my wife arrogant in the future!! Help?
